We use state-of-the-art test benches equipped with asynchronous technology to test engine functionality and durability in a very short period of time and under precisely reproducible conditions. Everything is possible: from stationary tests through to simulations of complete on-the-road driving cycles, including engine idle, gear shifting, acceleration and deceleration.

As part of our service, we can conduct:

We conduct our tests using unmanned, state-of-the-art control systems with error monitoring systems that ensure the test bench is switched off in the

event of disruption before any damage can be caused. This is extremely important when developing prototype engines.

Specialized measuring technology. High-tech for high-end performance.

Various engine conditions are measured using a comprehensive array of cutting-edge equipment. For certain more demanding applications we use specialized measuring technology:

  • Laser vibrometry to measure vibrations
  • Eddy current sensors to detect cylinder-head gasket gap movements
  • Ultrasonic sensors to measure bolt forces
  • In-cylinder pressure indexing to identify internal engine processes
  • DMS measuring technology to identify critical load conditions in mechanical components
  • Endoscopy to detect damage inside the cylinder
